o Chelsea resigned from VP
o Officers decided to wait until scheduled elections in April to fill the position
· Lauren proposed a T-shirt committee to be formed this semester
o Committee will come up with t-shirt ideas to be voted on at the first meeting next year

· We are going to the St. Louis Zoo on March 2nd
o We will be leaving Tower Circle at 9am

· Activity Committee presented designs for wrist-bands we will be selling in April for Animal Abuse Awareness Month
o Club voted for orange bands with “Keep your paws off” as the quote
o We will sell these in the UC, at local vet clinics, Safe Harbor, and Mississippi Mutts for $1.50
· Club voted for time and date of the March meeting (3rd Wednesday falls during Spring Break)
o Our next meeting will be the evening of MARCH 27TH

· Collegiate Farm Bureau is hosting a Trivia Night to benefit the Brittany Seabaugh Memorial Fund
o April 9th (evening, time TBA)
o $50 per table, 5-8 people per table

· Southeast Ag Dept. is celebrating Ag Facts Week March 25th-29th
o All clubs in ag dept. are invited to take part in activities
o The point of Ag Facts Week is to educate the general public about agriculture
o Students are needed to help with advertising and flyers
o See Dr. Weathers for sign-up sheet and more info
· We need to do a big fundraiser this semester!
o Cannot do “Kiss a Cow” - suggested “Kiss a Pig” on campus instead of at the farm
o More discussion at the next meeting
· Discussed more trips to clinics
o Miriam will get a date for a horse acupuncture workshop
o Alex will get tentative dates for her avian vet in Chesterfield
