PresidentCody Brazel
Hello, my name is Cody Brazel and I am the President of the Pre-Veterinary club here at Southeast Missouri State University! I am a Pre-Veterinary student double majoring in Microbiology and Animal Science with a minor in Chemistry. My passion is both working with small and large animals and tutoring college level courses such as chemistry and biology. I hope that I can blend these passions together by starting my own small/large animal clinic nearby a university and double as a teacher for Pre-Veterinary students and Veterinary students alike. If you have any questions please contact me at: [email protected]. SecretaryRose Tipton
Hi! I'm Rose, secretary of Pre- Vet Club. I am a junior this year with a major of Animal Science/ Pre- Vet and a minor of Anthropology. I think that all animals are extremely interesting but anything exotic are mostly my favorite. My dream is to become a vet and possibly work at the St. Louis Zoo or do something in research. By the way the snake in the picture is not mine, but I have 2 beta fish, named Professor and Mary Ann (from Gilligan's Island) and a parakeet named Herman (he's named after Herman Munster because he has a flat head). If you ladies and gents have any questions, email me or any of the other officers and we are more than happy to help. HistorianKendell Cowell
Yo! My name is Kendell and I am one of two Historians of Pre-Vet Club! I’m a senior majoring in Biomedical Science: Pre-Veterinary Medicine. In the future I plan on working with small exotic pets and volunteering my time at rescue centers to help wildlife rehabilitation! My interests include napping, playing videogames, reading, and spending time outside. I also have a passion for taking pictures and love to use my creativity for advertising purposes! If you need help, advice, or just want to be friends, feel free to contact me at [email protected]. Laters! |
Vice PresidentKinsey Holdmeyer
Hey everyone! I'm Kinsey, Vice President of SEMO's Pre-Vet Club. I am a Senior this year, and I'm majoring in Biomedical Sciences/Pre-Veterinary Medicine. I strive to become a small and a large animal veterinarian, specializing in Equine Chiropractic and Acupuncture. At home I have two English Golden Retrievers and a herd of cattle. My favorite activity is spending time around horses whenever I have the opportunity, especially Kate who is pictured above. Feel free to email me at [email protected] if you have any questions! TreasurerChristine Byrd
Hola! My name is Christine Byrd and I'm treasurer of the Pre-Vet club. I am a junior majoring in Biomedical Sciences and Pre-Veterinary Medicine. My future goal is to go into veterinary medicine, but I also have a lot of interest in animal psychology and evolutionary biology. I have a nine year old mutt back home named Mutzy LuLu and a very cute and spastic kitten named Sir Francis, who is always up to no good. I like to spend my free time outside catching little critters like the turtle in my picture, reading books, or binge-watching Netflix. Please contact me about any sort of questions you may have at [email protected] - I'm happy to help! HistorianShannon Laute
Hi guys! My name is Shannon and I am one of the historians for the Pre- Vet club. I am a junior here at SEMO. My major is Animal Science with a minor in Pre- Veterinarian Medicine. I would like to specialize in small and large animals especially Equine, but I have recently found an interest in behavioral psychology in animals so I would be interested in doing something in that field. I absolutely love horses but I don’t discriminate against any animal, I love them all! I love riding horses and I also dog sit on the side. I also have a cute little guinea pig named Phineas named after Phineas and Ferb. |
