The Humane Society of Southeast Missouri is locally run and funded and has no direct affiliation with the Humane Society of Missouri or the Humane Society of the US, nor are they funded by either of these organizations. Their ultimate goal is to provide shelter and care for the many homeless animals in our community and surrounding ones as well as advocate the humane treatment of all animals.
