The Tiger Sanctuary trip is this Saturday, April 5th. We will be leaving Towers Circle at 1 pm. Be sure to bring $5 with you if you are going.
We will be holding our Animal Awareness Fundraiser (all profits go to Safe Harbor animal shelter) Wednesday the 9th, Wednesday the 23rd and Wednesday the 30th of April at the UC. We will be selling bracelets for a minimum of $1 between 11 am and 2 pm on these days. If you would like to volunteer for a time slot between 11 and 2, please contact Lauren at [email protected].
Pre-Vet Club will be participating in the Textbook Rental Reshelving Fundraiser this semester. The amount you would be paid for your service per hour will be contributed to Pre-Vet Club. We will have a schedule for sign-up at our next meeting.
We will be holding elections for the 2014-15 Executive positions at our next meeting. Email Lauren at [email protected] if you would like to run for a position or if you wish to nominate someone. If you run, please prepare a 30 second-1 minute speech as to why you are right for the position you are running for. Lauren will post the nominations one week before our next meeting on our Facebook page and here on our website.
At the end of the meeting Lauren went over the details of the VMCAS application. If you will be applying, the application opens June 1st.
